*Sturdy knit. The knit needs to have at least 25% vertical and horizontal stretch.
* Keep in mind that knit with less vertical stretch will have an effect on how much give is in the rise, as well as, can change the overall look.
*Yoga waistband and Jogger Cuffs require at least a 4 way 50% stretch
