I just purchased, how do I access my pattern?

Once you purchase, you can log into your account using the email address you provided when creating your account. You will also receive an email confirmation, be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not see an email. If you don’t receive the confirmation, you can contact us using the contact form or emailing here at  designers@petitestitchery.com

Where do I find my printable pattern pages?

The printable pattern pieces are found at the end of your tutorial files. Scroll to the end of the tutorial and you should see your pattern pieces right there! PDF patterns should be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat. This software is free to download right here.   Once you have your pattern open in Adobe, select your layers using the diamond icon on the left. Open your print window and select the pages you want to print. Make sure your orientation is set to “auto” and your scale is set to 100%. All pattern pieces have a 1” square to check printing accuracy.

What are A0/Copy/Print Shop File?

In your downloads you will see an A0, Copy Shop, or Print Shop file- these are used for large scale printing. The A0 files print on 33” x 46” pages and the Copy/Print Shop files will print 36” wide by the length of the pattern. Older patterns will likely only Copy/Print Shop files and newer patterns only have A0 files. You can have these patterns printed at Office Depot, Staples, or order online through companies like PDF Plotting.

What is a Projector File?

Projector files are specially formatted to use with overhead projectors that project the pattern pieces directly onto the fabric- no printing or taping! These files feature larger wording, thicker lines, and a layered 1” grid layer for easy calibration!

Do PSCo patterns feature layers?

They sure do! PSCo patterns are layered- letting you see only the layers that you want to. This is perfect for saving ink or making patterns with lots of cut lines easier to see.

Are seam allowances included in PSCo patterns?

There is a 3/8” seam allowance included in all of our patterns unless other wise stated.

I am having a problem figuring out a step in my pattern, is there anyone that can help me?
