Refund policy

We always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their orders. Please refer to the return policies and procedures below if you have a problem with your fabric or pattern order.



PDF Pattern Return Policy


Due to the nature of the product, we do NOT offer refunds on the purchase of digital sewing patterns. However, we are more than happy to help you work through any issue you might be having with your purchase.

Fabric Return Policy


Our team is consistently inspecting our products to ensure quality on all customer orders but on occasion, flaws may be missed. In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect or flawed fabrics, we will issue a refund, replacement, or credit as determined by our customer service team.


We recommend that you open your package and inspect your fabric as soon as possible after delivery. If you notice problem with your order, reach out to our customer service team immediately at fabric@petitestitchery.com.


Return requests must be made by email within 5 business days of receiving your package. Requests made after this time frame will not be processed.


All items for return must be in the same condition as they were received. Fabrics that are washed, cut, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Cuts to fabrics due to careless opening are also ineligible for return or refund. 


Refunds and/or replacements will only be issued for flawed or incorrect fabric as listed below:

  • Fabric received does not match what was ordered
  • Holes and/or runs in the fabric
  • Incorrect Length (shorter than ordered)
  • Stretch or grainline imperfections rendering the fabric unusable


In the textile industry, the following are NOT considered flaws:

  • White or black spots/marks or dye blotches that are smaller than the size of a dime.
  • Imperfections (print marks, smudges, streaks, holes, etc.) within 3 inches of the selvage of the fabric.


Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Eligible refunds will be processed in 1/4 yard increments.

For returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping at their own expense as determined on a case by case basis.
